This product is obsolete, there is no repair/service available. Any available parts and accessories are listed on the Product Page. Welch Allyn stopped performing repairs on the MicroTymp handle (Model 23600) and related printer (model 71130) in 2006 because components needed to repair these instruments were no longer available. As of January 2009 all calibration has ceased on the MT1 as well.
